Corporate Watchdog Media
November 16, 2005

As you may know, I've launched a new audio and video webcast called
Corporate Watchdog Media. It's on the web at We're also on a local Pacifica
radio station, with hopes to expand to other stations in the coming

I'm writing because today we've posted an exciting audio feed from
fisherwoman Diane Wilson, who as many of you may know faces a 6 month
jail sentence for hanging a banner at Dow Chemical declaring "Dow
Chemical -- Responsible for Bhopal." Former Union Carbide CEO Warren
Anderson has avoided standing trial in Bhopal by refusing to return to
India for the trial, despite his written commitment to do so. And now
Diane is refusing to go back to Texas for her jail sentence. Instead
as of yesterday she has gone in search of Anderson -- to compare notes
as fugitives, and, she says, to "talk some sense into him." We spoke
with her yesterday on the phone near Anderson's house. We plan to
track her journey with further audio transmissions. We hope our audio
feed does justice to Diane's tremendous courage and determination to
bring justice to the people of Bhopal.

There are three ways to subscribe to automatically get updated audio
